Being no stranger to pain, Jennifer chose to move into this area of practice after her own, personal and "no less than miraculous" success that she personally experienced.
In 2012, after more than 10 years working as a busy psychotherapist, with 2 offices in Toronto, and owner of a small inn, (and the stress that comes with that), her life fell apart with the loss of her Beloved, Teenage Son and a difficult divorce. Jennifer knew, that if she was going to have any chance to get through this at all, let alone be happy again, she needed to make immediate, drastic changes and find something to believe in again, fast. Jennifer sold her house and Inn. She left her practice and went back to her roots and her holistic upbringing in nature. Six months, came and went. She spent the next two years living at Spiritual, Wellness and Meditation retreats in France, Canada and the United States, while conducting and documenting clinical trials with clients and patients, back at home. In 2015, with a complete transformation in her views on life, a renewed purpose and a sense of peace, Jennifer, re-opened her practice and began treating patients and clients again, using this combination of CBT, Nature Therapy and a Healthy Lifestyle.
